We are currently hiring for bilinguals (Spanish/English) Customer Service Agents that can work Monday-Friday 1:30p-10pm. We are located in Lake Oswego. The position is full time w/ sponsored life insurance, medical benefits, pto and 401k support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support on incoming phone calls
  • Verify and process customer orders
  • Troubleshoot and answer questions
  • Contact banking and lending institutions for credit card or e-check verification
  • Assist with angry/upset customer complaints while providing polite and professional service.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school education or equivalent.  At least one-year experience with face to face or over the phone customer service. This position also requires attention to detail, multitasking, good organizational skills, critical thinking, grammar, and communication skills. Proficiency G Suite, Hangouts, Gmail. Must be able to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team environment.
